58%的美國人在消費前會先使用網路評估

PEW的最新研究報告顯示，調查美國人的電子商務使用習慣發現：58％的美國人表示，他們對於正在考慮購買的產品或服務時，會先進行網上調查，2004年進行同樣的調查只有49％會進行網上調查，顯示消費習慣正在改變 …

這個研究時間在2010年8月9日~9月13日，樣本是3001個18歲以上的美國人。

如果你把調查的樣本鎖定在網路使用者上，這個數據會由58%提升到78%，也就是美國的網路使用者對於正在考慮購買的產品或服務時，78%的人會先進行網上調查。在2010年9月任何一天中，已經會有21%的成年人在進行消費前研究，在2004年時只有9%，2007年則是15%。其中，在消費前會先使用網路評估的非洲裔美國人為66%，白人81%，拉丁裔為76%。
